My Burt's Bees Lip Balm Dilemma

There are goals in our life that we spend a lot of time planning and evaluating but end up being disappointed because they did not fall into place. I've read a lot of quotes saying that maybe it's God's way of telling me that it's not for me, or there's just something better coming my way. But what the hell, I'm in this really confused state where it just don't make sense at all. I hate it when I already set my mind about something to happen but it didn't. Just like this Burt's Bees lip balm that I was looking forward to getting my hands on for months. I ended up being disappointed. Why?

Ok I get it, it's 100% all natural. I don't hate it (with conviction) because it's not working. It works. Really it does, just not in the way that I want it to. Let me explain. I've been using my balm as primer for my lipstick whenever I apply one. Basically they are my base, but this  beeswax lip balm isn't made for that.

My lips were chapping, cracking, and bleeding two weeks ago. So I decided to try this less than Php 90 balm since I'm out of budget because of all the antibiotics that we have to purchase. I only used this for a couple of days and all the lip problems were gone.

In terms of packaging, it is too cute! I admit it's the first thing that caught my eyes before checking it out and buying it. It's neon pink and I love seeing it in my pouch. So cute!

For less than 90 pesos you get this much of a product! It smells great too. It's flavored with mixed berries, but the blueberry scent stands out most. It is quite pigmented compared to other lip balms and I love how faint the color is, because it looks really natural! Overall, I like this product so much! I'll try the other flavors as well.
